Evan started in fitness. He trained clients, ran a multi million dollar health club, and trained himself to the highest standing jump ever recorded. A year later he did it again on one leg. Two Guinness World Records, one year apart.

He wrote Make The Decision, an Amazon bestseller on how to set a goal and get it done. The same approach runs every business he has built since.

Then real estate, and building TUK Group, which aided acquisitions for REITs, helped bring one of the leading US property management platforms into Canada, and advised on the leading rental comp software for pricing Canadian rentals. In 2018 he and Jordan Alexander King founded TUK Group to buy tired buildings and develop them into rental housing.

Today TUK Group owns and operates rental housing in nine Ontario cities. Toronto is the focus of everything it builds next, including joint venture projects with publicly traded Tempus Capital Inc. under a $100 million commitment to the city's missing middle housing.
